• Anterior Knee: quadriceps and patellar tendons, trochlear articular cartilage

• Medial Knee: MCL, medial meniscus, medial joint line, Pes anserine

• Lateral Knee: lateral joint line & meniscus, IT Band, LCL, biceps femoris insertion

• Posterior Knee: Baker’s Cyst, PCL

• Bonus Feature includes quadriceps muscles
